As with any relationship, finding the right fit is important. Talking about issues with someone you have just met can feel awkward and vulnerable. It takes time to build trust so you can feel comfortable and safe. In our first meeting we get to know one another before we commit to working together.
During your 15-minute virtual or phone consultation we will discuss what brings you to counselling and you can decide if counselling is the right fit for you.
